PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given by the Town Council of the Town of South Bethany that the first reading of Ordinance No. 162-12, to amend Chapter 104, Property Maintenance, § 104-12 Vegetation, regarding dead trees will be held at the Town Council Regular Meeting on Friday, February 10, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. at the South Bethany Town Hall. This ordinance is available for review at the South Bethany Town Hall, 402 Evergreen Road, during regular business hours or on the Town's website (www.southbethany.org) under Bulletin Board.
