Clayton A. Davidson, 79

Clayton A. Davidson, 79, of Dagsboro, Del., passed away Monday, Feb. 13, 2012, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Md.

Davidson retired from the broiler business in 2005. He was a member of Frankford United Methodist Church and served in the Delaware National Guard.

Davidson is survived by his wife, Janet; son, Gordon; and three grandchildren.

A funeral service was scheduled for Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, at 1 p.m., at Melson Funeral Services, 43 Thatcher Street in Frankford, Del., where friends may call after noon. Interment was to be in Dagsboro Redmens Memorial Cemetery in Dagsboro, Del. In lieu of flowers, the family suggested memorial donations to Frankford U.M. Church; P.O. Box 37; Frankford, DE 19945.
